Lost Codes
The registration code is provided to you in the “Thank you for purchase” email. If you do not have your confirmation email, you can also retrieve your serial number by viewing the details of your purchase.

Go to Kagi's Order Tracking System and follow the instructions. If you know the Transaction ID, the Credit Card number or other information, the system will immediately look up your order for you.
