I have a payment-related question
If you recently made an online store purchase Kagi appears on your credit card statement because our online store through which you made a purchase uses Kagi to perform all its processing. This includes handling the credit card transaction. Accessing the their Shopper Support Page, you can read the common questions before and after buying and send an email to their support staff for further assistance.
I lost my registration code
The registration code is provided to you in the “Thank you for purchase” email. If you need your registration code again just click on the Kagi's Order Inquiry System and follow the instructions.
How do I request a refund?
Our online store through which you made a purchase uses Kagi to perform all its processing. Refunds are available within 30 days of product purchase by submitting a Refund Request Form at Kagi site. Learn more about Kagi's Refund policy here.
I lost a folder or a file using Hide Folders
